Gerald E. Flynn is the President and Chairman of the Board of the EagleBend Affordable Housing and Eaglebend Dowd Affordable Housing Corporations. Mr. Flyn also sits on the Board of the Buffalo Ridge Affordable Housing Corporation. Mr. Flynn is managing member and an owner of Polar Star Development LLC and Polar Star Properties LLC. Mr. Flynn was previously Senior Vice President of Corum Real Estate Group from 1997 to 2002 in charge of their mountain development office. Prior to 1997, Mr. Flynn was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vail Resorts, Inc. Both Vail Resorts and Corum were active in the development of workforce housing projects in Eagle County, Colorado. Mr. Flynn became a CPA in Colorado while working for Deloitte & Touche from 1981 to 1997. Mr. Flynn holds an MBA degree from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and a BS degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
